RemotePass and Hub71 Redefine International Hiring

RemotePass, the platform for managing remote talent in the UAE, has joined forces with Hub71, Abu Dhabi’s tech ecosystem, to provide startups in the region with a complete set of tools for onboarding, payroll management, and fintech solutions. This collaboration enables startups to attract top-notch remote talent from around the world and position themselves as global champions.

Streamlining Global Hiring for Regional Startups

Startups affiliated with Hub71 will gain privileged access to RemotePass’ platform, which streamlines the onboarding, management, and payment of international remote workers while ensuring compliances with UAE regulations. The platform also offers an extensive range of financial services and benefits. Through this seamless integration, startups will now be able to tap into a global talent pool while eliminating traditional barriers to onboarding, such as generating locally compliant contracts, handling identity verification, and managing electronic signatures.

Eligible startups, as part of Hub71’s Company Building Program, can access RemotePass’ services at a premium discount, which includes exclusive offerings tailored to their unique needs.

RemotePass is committed to empowering fellow founders within the tech community to adopt the future of remote and hybrid work in the UAE. Having been a part of Hub71 since its inaugural cohort in 2020, RemotePass has grown into a trusted partner within the global tech ecosystem.

RemotePass has been a resident of Hub71 since the ecosystem’s first cohort began in 2020, which gives the partnership a clear advantage. Unlike new introductions, these companies already know each other’s operational DNA. This shared history reduces friction during the integration phase, allowing them to focus immediately on scaling rather than onboarding one another. The fact that RemotePass is effectively vetting itself through Hub71’s selection process creates an internal check on quality, as only startups that survive the initial screening qualify for these services.

Global Talent and Financial Tools

Remote workers utilizing the RemotePass platform will have access to a complete suite of financial services and benefits through a Super App. Additionally, they will receive a virtual and physical debit card for receiving payments in USD, among other offerings. This infrastructure ensures that international workers can seamlessly manage their finances and access global benefits, including premium health insurance, from anywhere in the world.
