“After speaking with our clients and community, we realised so many people have items gathering mud in our jewellery packing containers, and we needed to provide a sustainable answer to this. This is how the second life service was born,” says co-founder Jessica Warch. “Jewellers need to have educated people, which maybe was not the case prior to now. Too many instances I even have entered a jewelry store and seen salespeople who were promoting, perhaps, shirt or fragrance the week before,” he says.
